Deposits
All bookings require a $100 dollar deposit to reserve your day on Lake Erie with us. Mail deposits to Greg Bogard 24 West Hill Dr. Canfield, OH 44406. If the trip is canceled due to bad weather we'll either reschedule a new date, or refund your deposit. Captain Greg makes all final decisions on weather and your safety.
You must cancel your reserved date 2 weeks in advance to have your deposit refunded.

Our spring fishing (April - Mid May season) is located in Port Clinton, Ohio and docked at Wild Wings Marina. All bait, rods, reels, tackle and ice are supplied. See our map page for driving directions to the marina. ALL WEATHER DECISIONS ARE MADE BY THE CAPTAIN AND ARE FINAL! YOUR SAFETY IS OUT TOP PRIORITY!!!
Things To Bring With You On Our Spring Drift Fishing Trips:
- Warm clothes. March and April the water is still cold. Many people under dress this time of year, add a little wind and you get cold in a hurry! You can alway’s take it off, but if you don’t have more to put on, well, that makes for a long day.
- Gloves (finger tip) and hand warmers
- Warm boots
- Thermos (good cup of hot coffee or hot chocolate goes along way)
- Sun glasses
- Lunch, snacks, pop, beer ok ( NO GLASS)
- Rain gear
- Camera
- Sun screen
- Personal medication
- Motion sickness meds (best if taken the night before) and when you get up.
- Ohio fishing license
- Cooler to take your fish home in, leave this at the dock.

Our summer trolling trips and perch trips (Mid May - September season) are located Kister Marina in Ashtabula, Ohio. Our trolling trips are a true 8 hours of fishing (if needed) and a 5:45 a.m. departure (unless other arrangements have been made prior).
